Keith Morrison‘s Dateline NBC “The Promise” report is on 2 daughters’ quest for justice. Their mom Shirlene Wakisaka (left, photo) made Tiffany Young and Tammie Cocard promise that they would investigate if something were to happen to her. Shirlene’s husband Kenneth Wakisaka (right) was convicted of strangling Shirlene, then got off on mistakes that the prosecution had made, like not calling a witness to the stand.
