Dateline NBC’s 2nd hour is entitled “Two Shots Fired.” 3 medical examiners ruled Michelle’s death a suicide. Michelle’s boyfriend Jeremy Banks was cleared of her murder. After reviewing the case, Michelle’s brother Scott went from believing that Jeremy had shot Michelle, to accepting that Michelle had committed suicide. Michelle had sent text messages to her sister asking her to take care of Michelle’s daughter Alexis. Jeremy says that Michelle had told him something similar.
